We make every effort to ensure that your order is carefully dispatched to you and we hope that you're happy with your purchase. But sometimes an item wasn’t what you expected. Don’t worry - you have up to 30 days after receipt to return the item.
Items must remain in their original packaging and be used no more than for testing purposes. We reserve the right not to accept the return if the product shows signs of wear beyond this. - The full price of the item will be refunded - please see note below for items as part of promotional bundles*. - Return delivery charges will only be refunded in the event of faulty, damaged or incorrect items being sent to you and with our prior agreement. This does not affect your statutory rights.
*For promotional bundles, where you enjoy a discount as a result of purchasing a certain number of items (for example, "Buy three or more items and receive 10% off), you can return separately any of the items purchased. However, if your return reduces the number of items purchased below the offer threshold, your remaining purchases will no longer qualify for the promotion and all discounts applied will be forfeited.
