Why Come to an Accredited Medical Herbalist?
We are medical herbalists, which means we are trained to understand how the body works and how plants can support it. We studied for several years, learned physical examination, completed over 500 hours of supervised clinical practice and passed externally supervised final clinical exams to be able to qualify. This is why we are accredited and able to work safely with adults and children.
A medical herbalist looks at the whole person, not just one symptom. We listen, ask questions, look for patterns and then make herbal medicines that are tailored to each individual.
About Us

Our Team
Rebecca's love for plants and her background as a mental health nurse converged and she is now a qualified and registered medical herbalist. Her garden, a testament to her botanical passion, became the foundation for her holistic healing journey. With care for people at its core, her work harmoniously blends the therapeutic power of plants with her experience of working with people, providing a calm, open and non judgemental space for patients to explore their physical and mental health wellbeing.
Suzann spent years in a high-pressure corporate role in cybersecurity until stress and burnout pushed her towards herbal medicine. While studying she learned that her great grandmother had been a Szeptucha, a traditional folk healer. What began as a personal search became a return to a family path she never knew she had.
Now a qualified and registered medical herbalist, Suzann brings together her own experience of burnout, her clinical training and her family’s healing roots to support others.
